BIOGRAPHY
Culture Beat is a German dance music group, best known for their international success, "Mr. Vain". Founded in 1989 by Torsten Fenslau, the group initially found commercial success in Europe with their first album "Horizon", which was well-received in Germany and also achieved success in other European countries. The group then reached the top of international charts with "Mr. Vain", which remained at number one for several weeks in 1993. Unfortunately, that same year, the group's founder Torsten Fenslau passed away in a car accident, but the group continued to make music under the direction of Frank Fenslau, Torsten's brother. Since then, Culture Beat has continued to produce music and perform, and remains a popular name in the dance music scene.
