D Train is an American music group formed in 1981 in New York. The group consists of James "D-Train" Williams (singer and bassist), Hubert Eaves III (keyboards), and T.C. Curtis (drums). While D Train had limited commercial success in the United States, they had several hits in Europe, particularly in Germany and the United Kingdom. Their most famous single is "You're the One for Me", which reached number one in Germany in 1982. D Train stopped producing music in 1987 before reuniting in 2006 and releasing a new album, "Back on Track", in 2007.
