Mousse T., whose real name is Mustafa Gundogdu, is a German-Turkish house music producer and DJ. Born on October 2, 1966 in Hagen, Germany, Mousse T. is best known for his hit "Horny '98" which became popular in several countries in 1998. The artist was also nominated for a Brit Award for his collaboration with British singer Emma Bunton, the former Spice Girl, on the track "Maybe" in 2004.
Mousse T. started his music career in the early 1990s and gained recognition after signing with the Peppermint Jam Records label, based in his hometown of Hagen.
