BIOGRAPHY
Born in France in 1966, Hélène de France is a plastic artist and musician. In 1985, she studied visual arts at the University Paris-Sorbonne before turning to music. She studied piano and composition at the École Normale de Musique de Paris. In 1990, she founded the experimental music group "Public Art" with which she explores the possibilities of electroacoustic music. The group regularly performs in France and abroad. Hélène de France is also active as a soloist, performing her own compositions as well as those of other composers. She has recorded several solo albums and in collaboration with other musicians.
