Charli XCX, real name Charlotte Emma Aitchison, is a British musical artist born on August 2, 1992. She is a singer, songwriter, and music video director. Charli XCX began producing her own music at the age of 14 and was quickly discovered by a promoter who invited her to perform at warehouse parties.
In 2008, she signed with Asylum Records and released her first studio album, "True Romance", in 2013. Her second album, "Sucker", released in 2014, was a commercial and critical success internationally, particularly with the single "Boom Clap". She is also known for co-writing the hits "I Love It" with Icona Pop and "Fancy" with Iggy Azalea.
