Flatdisk is a French duo of producers/DJs consisting of Thomas Bangalter and DJ Falcon. They were formed in 1998 and released their first album, First Flight, in 2001. Their music is mainly influenced by 1990s house and techno, and they have collaborated with artists such as Daft Punk, Cassius, and Bob Sinclar. They have also remixed songs by Madonna, Kylie Minogue, and Britney Spears. In 2010, they released their second album, Second Sight, which was well received by critics. They subsequently released an EP, The Third Wave, in 2011, before disbanding in 2012. Thomas Bangalter went on to pursue a solo career under the name Daft Punk, while DJ Falcon continued his career as a DJ and producer.
