Flosstradamus is an American electronic music production duo formed in 2006 in Chicago, Illinois. Consisting of Curt Cameruci and Josh Young, they have produced remixes for artists such as Kid Cudi, Major Lazer, and Baauer. Their music is primarily classified in the genre of trap electronic music, but they have also been associated with styles such as dubstep, moombahton, and EDM.
Curt Cameruci and Josh Young, both from Chicago, formed the duo in 2006. Cameruci, a DJ, and Young, a music producer, began working together on remixes and mixtapes. The duo's first album, "Juke Juke," was released in 2009 to critical acclaim. It was followed in 2010 by "Total Recall," which saw some commercial success. The duo's first studio album, "XO," was released in 2012 and peaked at number four on the Billboard Dance/Electronic Albums chart. Their second studio album, "Hi this is Flosstradamus," was released in 2016 and peaked at number two on the same chart.
