Icona Pop is a dynamic electro-pop music duo hailing from Stockholm, Sweden. Comprised of Caroline Hjelt and Aino Jawo, the group was formed in 2009. The two met at a party in Stockholm and began making music together the very next day. Considered one of Sweden's biggest pop music groups, they rose to fame with their international hit "I Love It" in 2012. The single reached the top 10 in many countries and even reached number one in the UK. Their music is influenced by electro-house, punk, and indie pop. Their debut album, "Icona Pop," was released in 2012. Other notable hits include "All Night" and "Emergency." The duo is also known for their energetic and engaging performances on stage.
