BIOGRAPHY
"Lifelike is the stage name of French electronic music producer and DJ, Laurent Ash. He is best known for his club hits "Discopolis", "This World Is Watching Me", and "So Electric".
Born in Paris, France, in 1977, Laurent Ash began his musical career as a DJ in the early 1990s, and later began producing his own music. His first release was the track "Elevator" on the compilation album "French Touch 2" in 1998.
In 2002, he founded the label Kitsuné Music, which released his debut album "Adventure" in 2003. The album was a critical and commercial success, featuring the singles "Discopolis" and "This World Is Watching Me".
In 2006, he released his second album "Life on Paper", which was also successful. The singles "So Electric" and "Don't Stop" were particularly popular.
In recent years, Lifelike has continued to release music on his own label, as well as remixing tracks for other artists. He has also collaborated with several other producers, including The Bloody Beetroots, Justice, and M83."
