The Monkey Boyz is a French electronic music group formed in 2000. It is composed of two members: DJ Monkey and MC Monkey. The group has released several albums and singles, some of them having been certified gold or platinum. The group's music is mainly influenced by hip-hop, ragga, and dancehall. The Monkey Boyz gained widespread recognition with their single "Bouge ton corps", which reached second place in the French charts in 2002. In 2004, they participated in the soundtrack of the movie "Taxi 3" with their song "Get Up". The Monkey Boyz have also collaborated with numerous other artists, including Snoop Dogg, Magic System, R. Kelly, Daddy Yankee, and Sean Paul.
