BIOGRAPHY
Nervo is an Australian duo of producers and DJs consisting of sisters Miriam and Olivia Nervo. They are known for writing the international hit "When Love Takes Over" by David Guetta and Kelly Rowland.
Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, Miriam and Olivia Nervo began their musical career as singers and songwriters, working with artists such as Kylie Minogue, Ke$ha, the Pussycat Dolls, and Nicole Scherzinger. In 2008, they signed with French label Gum Prod, headed by David Guetta, where they wrote "When Love Takes Over," which became a massive international success and earned Guetta and Rowland a Grammy Award in 2010.
In 2010, Miriam and Olivia embarked on their DJ and production career as Nervo. They released their first single, "This Kind of Love," in 2011, followed by their first album, Collateral, in 2014. They have also collaborated with artists such as Afrojack, Steve Aoki, Calvin Harris, and Armin van Buuren. In 2016, they were ranked number 8 on the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs.
