Jase Thirlwall is an English trance music producer and DJ. He was born on December 16, 1985 in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England. Jase began his musical career playing drums in a rock band called "Mutation". After discovering trance music in 2000, he began producing trance music under the name "DJ Shanty". In 2007, he signed with German label "Armada Music". In 2009, he released his first album, "Speechless", under the name "Jase Thirlwall". In 2011, he released his second album, "Maximise", under the same name. In 2013, his third album, "Lightspeed", was released, still under the name "Jase Thirlwall". In 2015, he released his fourth album, "Higher", under the same name. In 2017, his fifth album, "These Are the Days", was released under the name "Jase Thirlwall".
