Il gruppo musicale britannico The Brand New Heavies è stato formato nel 1985, composto da Simon Bartholomew, Andrew Levy, Jan Kincaid e N'Dea Davenport. Hanno raggiunto il successo commerciale con i loro album di jazz acido «The Brand New Heavies» (1992) e «Heavy Rhyme Experience: Vol. 1» (1996). The Brand New Heavies hanno collaborato anche con artisti come Jamiroquai, Caron Wheeler, Neneh Cherry, Bootsy Collins e Snoop Dogg.
