"Tess is a French singer and songwriter. She was born in Paris in 1984. Tess grew up in a musical family and started playing piano at the age of six. She studied classical music and jazz at the Conservatoire de Paris. Tess began her singing career as part of the group Les Négresses Vertes. She has also collaborated with French singer Cali. Tess's first album, titled 'À la folie', was released in 2009. She has since released two other albums: 'Encore une fois' (2011) and 'Laissez-moi danser' (2014). Tess has won several awards, including the Victoire de la Musique for Best Female Artist in 2010."
