"Street Blues is a French music group originating from Rouen. It was formed in 1985 by brothers Denis and Richard Teyssier, accompanied by bassist Pascal Teyssier and drummer Pascal Richard. In 1986, guitarist Jean-Pierre Smadja joined the group. The group first gained recognition in Parisian blues clubs before signing with French label Dixiefrog Records. They released several albums with Dixiefrog, including their self-titled first album in 1988, and have performed numerous tours in France and Europe. In 2006, Street Blues released a live album titled 'Live at l'Olympia', recorded during a concert at the Olympia in Paris. The group continues to regularly tour in France and Europe and has recently released a new studio album titled 'Rue des Trottoirs'."
