"Brenda Lee" is an American singer, born on December 11, 1944, in Atlanta, Georgia. She began her career at the age of seven and achieved international success in the 1960s with hits such as "I'm Sorry" and "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree". Lee has sold more than 40 million records worldwide and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2002. She was named "the greatest female rock and roll artist of all time" by Rolling Stone magazine in 2011.
