BIOGRAPHY
Charles-Henri Couture, better known by his stage name CharlÉlie Couture, is a French singer-songwriter born on July 3, 1951 in Paris. He was part of the band Téléphone from 1977 to 1980.
After leaving Téléphone, he began a solo career and released several albums including "Comme un avion sans ailes" (1982), "Décalage horaire" (1985) and "Anges et Démons" (1989).
In 1993, he formed the band Les Charlots, with whom he recorded five albums.
In 2001, he reunited with the band Téléphone for a reunion tour.
In 2006, he published his autobiography, "Dans ma tête."
In 2011, he was elected to the Société des auteurs compositeurs et éditeurs de musique (SACEM).
