BIOGRAPHY
George Harrison (born February 25, 1943 in Liverpool, England, United Kingdom, died November 29, 2001 in Los Angeles, California, United States) was a British musician, singer, songwriter, guitarist, producer, and filmmaker. He was a member of the rock n roll band The Beatles from 1960 to 1970, and later pursued a solo career until his death. Harrison was ranked among the "100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time" by Rolling Stone and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004.
