George Kranz is a German musician, producer, and DJ, born in East Berlin in 1961. He began his career playing rock and punk in the clubs of the German capital. After the fall of the Berlin Wall, he turned to techno music, becoming a DJ and producer. George Kranz is best known for his single "Trommeltanz" (1984), which was a big hit in Germany and Europe. He has also produced albums for artists such as WestBam, Marusha, and ATB.
