BIOGRAPHY
The Gibson Brothers are an American bluegrass music duo consisting of brothers Leigh and Eric Gibson. Leigh is the singer and plays guitar, while Eric plays mandolin. Born in Carlinville, Illinois and raised in Middletown, New York, they started performing together in high school and released their debut album, "Red Letter Day", in 1977. The duo has put out fourteen albums and received numerous accolades, including the International Bluegrass Music Association's Entertainer of the Year and Album of the Year.
