Gloria Gaynor is an American music artist, known for her disco hit "I Will Survive," considered one of the greatest successes of disco music. Gaynor began her musical career in the 1960s, singing in New York clubs. She later signed with the Motown Records label, where she released her first album in 1974.
Gaynor achieved international success with "I Will Survive," which became one of the greatest hits of disco music. She also released other successes, such as "Never Can Say Goodbye" and "I Am What I Am." Gaynor continued to release albums and singles in the 1980s and 1990s, and embarked on a world tour in 2000.
