BIOGRAPHY
The Calamities is a French music group formed in 2006. The group is composed of four members: Nicolas Dautricourt (vocals, guitar), Antoine Gaillet (keyboards), Benjamin Joubert-Calmettes (bass) and Baptiste Viguier (drums).
The group has released two studio albums, "Les Calamites" (2006) and "La fin des haricots" (2008). They have also released a live album, "En concert" (2009).
The Calamities began their career with the single "Tous les jours" in 2006, followed by the album "Les Calamites", well received by critics and certified gold in France.
The group's second album, "La fin des haricots", was also well received and certified platinum in France.
In 2009, the group released a live album, "En concert", recorded during the "Les Calamites en concert" tour in 2008.
In 2010, The Calamities participated in the soundtrack of the film "Les Choristes", performing the song "Vois sur ton chemin".
In 2011, the group released the single "J'ai perdu mon Eurydice".
In 2012, The Calamities contributed to the soundtrack of the film "Les Misérables", performing the song "Do You Hear the People Sing?".
In 2013, the group released the single "Les Calamités".
In 2014, the group released the single "Les voix du printemps".
In 2015, the group released the single "J'ai vu".
In 2016, the group released the single "Au milieu de ma vie".
