Peter Frampton is a British singer, songwriter, and guitarist born on April 22, 1950, in Beckenham, Kent. He is best known for his album "Frampton Comes Alive!", released in 1976, which was one of the best-selling albums in music history and turned him into a global superstar. Frampton began his career in the bands The Herd and Humble Pie before going solo in 1971. He released several albums that had some success, but it was "Frampton Comes Alive!" that truly propelled him to stardom. The album was recorded during a concert in San Francisco and includes the hits "Show Me the Way", "Baby, I Love Your Way", and "Do You Feel Like We Do". Since then, Frampton has released several albums and participated in numerous tours. In 2014, he was diagnosed with an incurable illness, but that has not dampened his passion for music, and he continues to perform in concerts around the world.
