BIOGRAPHY
The Pop Concerto Orchestra is a French pop and variety music orchestra, founded in 2009 by conductor and arranger Jean-Claude Petit. It is composed of 24 professional musicians from various ensembles and musical backgrounds. The orchestra regularly performs in the largest concert halls in France and abroad.
The Pop Concerto Orchestra has participated in numerous international festivals, including some of the most prestigious: the Cannes Film Festival, the Montreux Jazz Festival, the Strasbourg Music Festival, the Nice Music Festival, etc.
It has also made numerous appearances on television and radio, on popular shows such as "Le Grand Journal" on Canal+, "C à vous" on France 5, "Taratata" on France 2, etc.
The Pop Concerto Orchestra has won numerous prestigious awards, including the Public Grand Prize at the Cannes Film Festival, the Grand Prize of the Charles Cros Academy, the Grand Prize of the City of Paris, the Public Grand Prize at the Montreux Jazz Festival, etc.
