Swing Out Sister is a British pop music group formed in 1986, consisting of three members: Andy Connell, Paul Staveley O'Duffy, and Corinne Drewery. Their music blends genres of pop, jazz, soul, and disco.
Their debut album, "It's Better to Travel", was released in 1987 and reached number one on the UK charts. Their single "Breakout" achieved worldwide success, reaching the eighth spot on the US charts.
Their second album, "Kaleidoscope World", was released in 1989 and peaked at number two on the UK charts. Their third album, "Get in Touch with Yourself", was released in 1992 and reached number four on the UK charts. Their fourth album, "The Living Return", was released in 1996 and peaked at number 17 on the UK charts.
