BIOGRAPHY
The Temptations are an American music group formed in 1961. The group consists of five singers: Otis Williams, Melvin Franklin, Paul Williams, Eddie Kendricks, and David Ruffin. They experienced significant commercial success with hits such as "My Girl," "Ain't Too Proud to Beg," and "I Can't Get Next to You." Their impact on soul music and Motown has also been highly praised. In 1988, the group was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
