BIOGRAPHY
Adrian Fornaciari, born on September 25, 1955 in Reggio Emilia, is an Italian singer, songwriter, and record producer known for his work in the blues genre.
After beginning his career playing in various blues clubs in the Bologna region, Zucchero signed with Polydor in 1985 and released his first album, "Rispetto," the following year. He achieved commercial and critical success with his second album, "Oro, incenso e birra," in 1987, which reached number one on the charts in Italy and Switzerland. Zucchero continued his success with the albums "Blue's" (1989), "Spirito nel buio" (1991) and "Miserere" (1992) all of which reached the top five of the Italian charts.
In 1995, Zucchero signed with Universal and released his first international album, "The Best of Zucchero - All the Best," which was successful in Europe and North America. His following album, "Spirito Divino," was even more popular, reaching number one on the charts in Italy, Switzerland, and Germany. Zucchero continues to find success with the albums "Bluesugar" (1998), "Shake" (2001) and "Zucchero & Co." (2004) which was released in two versions.
