"20 Fingers is a 1990s American dance music group, composed of Carlos 'Charlie Babie' Wilcox and Manfred Mohr. Their biggest success is the single 'Short Dick Man', released in 1994. The group formed in 1993 in Los Angeles, California. The group's first single, 'Short Dick Man', was released in 1994 and peaked at number two on the Billboard Hot 100. The single was certified gold in the US and Canada. The group's second single, 'Lick It', was released in 1995 and peaked at number 21 on the Billboard Hot 100. The group released two studio albums, 20 Fingers (1994) and On the Attack (1995). In 1996, the group disbanded and Wilcox pursued a solo career, while Mohr returned to Germany and continued his career in clubbing and techno music production."
