Ann Lee

BIOGRAPHY

Ann Lee is a British electronic music singer, born on November 12, 1967. Known for her 1999 summer hit "2 Times", she has released two albums and several singles since the beginning of her music career. Born in Sheffield, England, Ann Lee started singing in school. Her interest in music grew and she began working as a dancer in clubs and bars in her hometown. During this time, she met Italian producers Larry Pignagnoli and Davide Riva who encouraged her to pursue a singing career. In 1998, Ann rose to fame with her single "2 Times", which sold over a million copies in Europe. The song reached the charts in many countries, including the UK, Australia, Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Her first album, "Dreams", was released in 1999. Although it did not achieve the same success as "2 Times", the album received positive reviews and provided several other hits, including "Voices" and "Ring My Bell". Since the release of "Dreams", Ann Lee has remained active in the music industry. She released her second album, "So Alive", in 2007, and continued to work with Pignagnoli and Riva. She has also collaborated with artists such as In-Grid and Benny Benassi. Despite her absence from the charts, Ann Lee remains a respected figure in the world of dance music. Her influence can be heard in the music of many contemporary artists, and her songs remain hits in clubs around the world.
