Norma Ray, also known as Norma Raquel Lizárraga Ramírez, is a Mexican singer, songwriter, record producer, and actress born on March 5, 1978, in Tijuana.
Having a passion for music and theater since her youth, Norma Ray began her acting career at the age of 15 in the television series "El abuelo y yo". In 1996, she released her first album "Una mujer como yo", which was moderately successful in Latin America.
In 2003, Norma Ray made her film debut with the movie "Amarte duele". She has since appeared in several films and television series, including "La mujer del Vendaval", "Los Plateados", and "Hasta el fin del mundo". In 2014, she released her second album "No te detengas".
In 2016, Norma Ray starred in the film "Kiki, el amor se hace". In 2018, she released her third album "Latidos" and was one of the lead actresses in the television series "Mi marido tiene familia".
Norma Ray has been nominated for the Premios TVyNovelas in 2006 and 2007. In 2009, she won the award for Best Actress in a Television Series for her role in "Los Plateados". In 2014, she was nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the Platino Awards for Latin American Cinema for her role in "Kiki, el amor se hace".
