BIOGRAPHY
Quad City DJ's is an American music group that hails from Jacksonville, Florida. It is composed of C.C. Lemonhead (Nathaniel Orange) and Jay Ski (Johnny McGowan), who began working together in the early 1990s. Later on, they were joined by JeLana LaFleur to form Quad City DJ's.
The trio is best known for their single "C'mon N' Ride It (The Train)", which was a commercial success and reached number 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Their music is a blend of hip-hop and electronic dance music, with often playful and lively lyrics. The group released two albums - "Get On Up and Dance" (1996) and "C'mon N' Ride It (The Train)" (1997). Despite their short career, they had a significant impact on the music industry by producing several popular singles in the mid-1990s.
In addition to their own performances, Quad City DJ's has also created several remixes for other artists. The group is still active today and continues to regularly perform on stage.
