BIOGRAPHY
The Original is a French music group formed in 2010, consisting of five members: Nicolas Dufourcq (singer), Benjamin Dufourcq (guitarist), Mathieu Bouthier (bassist), Pierre-Louis Renaud (drummer) and Jérémy Gros (keyboardist). The group's music is influenced by artists such as Michael Jackson, Prince, Stevie Wonder and Marvin Gaye. In 2011, the group released their first album, The Original, which was well received by critics. In 2012, the group participated in the French television show Nouvelle Star and reached the quarter-finals. In 2013, their second album, The Original 2.0, was even more successful than the first. In 2014, the group participated in the show The Voice and reached the semi-finals. In 2015, their third album, The Original 3.0, was a great success. In 2016, their fourth album, The Original 4.0, was even more successful than the previous ones.
