BIOGRAPHY

The Sparks are an American independent rock band formed in 1971 in Los Angeles, California, by brothers Ron and Russell Mael. Their music is a unique fusion of new wave, synth-pop, and glam rock. Their first album, "A Woofer in Tweeter's Clothing", was released in 1973, followed by their most famous single, "This Town Ain't Big Enough for the Both of Us", in 1974. In 2002, the band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
