BIOGRAPHY
Deekey Davis Mallory is an American musical artist born on June 6, 1961, in Detroit, Michigan. He began his musical career playing piano in jazz clubs in his hometown. In 1982, he joined the rock band The Who as a keyboardist and played with them until 1989. In 1990, he became a pianist for the jazz group Miles Davis and played with them until 1995.
In 1996, he founded the Deekey Davis Mallory Trio, a jazz fusion group. In 2001, he released his first solo album, "The Key to the City". The following year, in 2002, he released his second solo album, "The Journey".
