Jazz saxophonist and composer, Frank Caro Alemany grew up in Barcelona. He studied at the Conservatory of Barcelona and with renowned saxophonists such as David Liebman, Jerry Bergonzi, Joe Lovano, Bob Mintzer, etc. He has participated in numerous jazz festivals throughout Europe and the United States.
In 2010, he founded the Frank Caro Alemany Quartet, with which he has recorded two albums, "First Steps" (2011) and "The Journey" (2013). In 2016, he released his first solo album, "Saxofonía", which earned him the award for best jazz album at the Victoires du Jazz 2017.
He has also collaborated with numerous artists, such as Jordi Bonell, Perico Sambeat, Ramon Cardo, David Xirgu, Toni Belenguer, Albert Bover, Joan Díaz, Marc Miralta, etc.
