BIOGRAPHY
KSHMR, born Niles Hollowell-Dhar, is an American producer and DJ of Indian origin. He was born on October 6, 1988 in Berkeley, California. KSHMR is best known for his production skills, and has been ranked multiple times in the DJ Mag Top 100 – reaching the 12th spot in 2017.
Before becoming the internationally renowned DJ he is today, KSHMR was one half of the pop music production duo The Cataracs, alongside David Singer-Vine. They gained popularity in 2010 with their hit "Like a G6".
In 2014, KSHMR started his solo career and gained attention for his unique style, skillfully mixing influences from traditional house music with elements of Indian music. His first solo single, "Megalodon", released in 2014, was a huge success.
Since then, KSHMR has continued to make waves in the electronic music world, producing many successful singles and collaborating with a variety of renowned artists, such as Tiësto and Hardwell. In addition to his DJ and production career, KSHMR is also the founder of his own label, Dharma Worldwide.
Over the years, KSHMR has proven to be more than just a DJ. With his unique approach to electronic music and his constant desire to innovate and push boundaries, he has earned his place among the industry's top names.
