BIOGRAPHY
"Martin Eyerer is a German techno and house music producer and DJ, born in 1968 in Stuttgart. He began his musical career playing classical piano and trumpet in a jazz orchestra, before pursuing electronic music studies at the University of Stuttgart.
In 1994, he founded the German label Plattenbank Records and established Cookin' Records in 2000. Martin has also worked as a producer and remixer for various artists, including Depeche Mode, New Order, Underworld, The Chemical Brothers, Faithless, and David Bowie.
He has released several solo albums, such as The Battersea Park EP (1998), The Remixes (1999), The Munich Machine (2000), The Stuttgart Years (2001), and The Berlin Years (2002). In 2003, he co-founded the label Kling Klong with DJ and producer Oliver Koletzki, becoming one of the most respected labels in the German techno scene.
Martin has also released several collaborative albums with other artists, including The Remixes 2 (with Oliver Koletzki, 2004), The Stuttgart-Berlin Express (with Stephan Bodzin, 2006), and The Electric Way (with Philip Bader, 2009).
Considered one of the best DJs and techno and house producers in Germany, he continues to perform at numerous clubs and festivals around the world. Martin currently resides in Berlin with his wife and two children."
