BIOGRAPHY
Pierre Kixx is a French musical artist. Born in France in 1965, Pierre began his musical career playing piano in jazz clubs in Paris. In 1985, he founded the jazz-funk group Kixx, which experienced a certain success in France. The group also shared the stage with numerous renowned artists such as Miles Davis, Wynton Marsalis, and Herbie Hancock. In 1990, Pierre released his first solo album, Jazz, which was well received by critics. Since then, he has recorded several albums, including Swing (1992), Latin (1995), French (1998) and Global (2001). Pierre Kixx is recognized as one of the best French jazz pianists. He has also taught jazz piano at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris.
