Polar Inc is a French-American music group, originating from Los Angeles, California. The group is composed of four musicians: Nicolas Petit (guitar, vocals), Olivier Girard (keyboards, vocals), Benjamin Petit (bass, vocals), and Samuel Petit (drums). The group was formed in 2012 by brothers Nicolas and Benjamin Petit, along with Girard and Samuel Petit. They began performing in clubs in Los Angeles and quickly caught the attention of the independent music community. In 2013, they signed a contract with the French label Polar Inc and released their first album, "Polar Inc", in 2014. Their second album, "Eaux troubles", was released in 2016. The group has an eclectic musical approach, blending rock, pop, folk, and electronic influences. Their songs often touch on personal and intimate subjects such as love, loss, and nostalgia. Polar Inc is considered one of the most promising French-American bands of its generation.
