BIOGRAPHY
"Style of Eye is the stage name of Linus Eklöw, a Swedish DJ and producer born in Stockholm in 1983. He is known for his remixes of popular songs and for his own tracks, such as "I Love It," co-written with Charli XCX and reaching the ninth spot in the UK in 2012.
Eklöw grew up in Stockholm and began his musical career as a drummer in a punk rock band. He later studied electronic music at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. In 2006, he released his first album, "Eye of the Style of Eye," under the pseudonym Style of Eye. He followed this with a series of singles and remixes, culminating in the release of his second album, "Loud Pipes Save Lives," in 2012.
In 2013, Eklöw collaborated with Charli XCX on the track "I Love It," which was a hit in the UK, reaching ninth place. He also worked with Skrillex on the song "Dirty Vibe," which reached eighth place in the US.
In 2014, Eklöw released his third album, "Crossing the Rubicon." He also put out a single with Tove Lo, titled "Kids.""
