Todd Rundgren, born June 22, 1948, is an American singer-songwriter, record producer, sound engineer, inventor, and multi-instrumentalist. He has found success as both a solo artist and a producer for groups like Nazz. Todd Rundgren has also contributed to the formation and production of several renowned rock groups, such as the New York Dolls, Badfinger, the Tubes, and XTC. He also played a significant role in the development of digital audio in the late 1970s and early 1980s.
