Young Kato is an English indie rock band hailing from Cheltenham, England. The group consists of five members: David James Young (singer/guitarist), Thomas Daniel George Kato (guitarist/singer), Benjamin Francis Joseph Harper-Watts (bassist), Oliver John Gwynne (drummer) and Jack Edward Williams (keyboardist). In 2013, the band released an EP titled "Don't Wait Up", followed by their first album "Telephone" in 2014. In 2015, they signed with the English independent label Alcopop! Records and released their second album, "You Are Not Alone", in 2016. In 2017, they released a single titled "Tongue Tied" and performed at the Reading and Leeds festivals.
