MYC is a French musical artist born in 1983. MYC began his musical career playing the guitar and singing in jazz clubs in Paris. In 2006, he released his first album, The Paris Sessions, which was critically acclaimed. MYC continued his career by releasing two more albums, The New York Sessions (2007) and The London Sessions (2008). In 2009, he was nominated for a Grammy Award in the category "Best Jazz Vocal Album".
MYC is known for his unique voice and energetic live performances. His songs are influenced by jazz, blues, soul, and funk. MYC has collaborated with numerous renowned artists, including Prince, Herbie Hancock, Wyclef Jean, and Sting. In 2012, he released his fourth album, The World Tour, which was recorded live during his concerts around the world. MYC continues to perform in jazz clubs and festivals around the world.
