Manuel Lauren is a French musical artist born on July 24, 1966, in Paris, France. He began his career as a guitarist in Parisian jazz clubs during the 1980s. In 1990, he founded the jazz fusion group "Manuel Lauren Quartet" which played in numerous clubs and festivals in France and abroad. In 2000, Manuel Lauren released his first solo album, "Jazz à la Française," which was well received by critics. In 2003, his second album "French Kiss" was a bigger success. In 2006, his third album "Paris Nights" was an international success. His fourth album, "Blue Skies," released in 2009, was praised by critics and was a commercial success. Manuel Lauren is recognized as one of the best jazz guitarists of his generation and has played alongside great names such as Miles Davis, Wayne Shorter, Herbie Hancock, Chick Corea, Wynton Marsalis, among others. His talent and albums are highly appreciated by jazz lovers.
