BIOGRAPHY
Adelen (stylized as ADELEN) is a Norwegian female group composed of three sisters: Nora, Emma, and Ingrid, originating from Sandefjord, Norway.
The group gained recognition with their single "Bombo," released in 2013. The single was certified gold in Norway and reached number one on the Norwegian singles chart. It was also certified platinum in Sweden and reached number four on the Swedish singles chart.
Their second single, "Olé," was certified gold in Norway and reached number two on the Norwegian singles chart.
In 2014, the group represented Norway in the Eurovision Song Contest with the song "Rainmaker," which reached eleventh place in the overall ranking.
In 2015, their first album, "Sparkle," was certified gold in Norway. In 2016, their second album, "Adelen," was also certified gold in their home country.
In 2018, the group released their third album, "Nora, Emma & Ingrid," which was also certified gold in Norway.
The group has been nominated for two Norwegian Grammy Awards, in the categories "Best Pop Album" and "Best Dance Album."
