Linkin Park is an American alternative rock band originating from Agoura Hills, California. Founded in 1996, the group consists of the following members: Mike Shinoda (vocals, rap, guitar, keyboard), Rob Bourdon (drums), Brad Delson (guitar) and Dave "Phoenix" Farrell (bass). Throughout their career, they have won two Grammy Awards and sold over 70 million albums worldwide. The band is known for their blend of rock, symphonic hip-hop, and electronic music. Their debut album, titled Hybrid Theory, was released in 2000 and remains their most popular work to date. Their lead singer, Chester Bennington, passed away in 2017, greatly impacting the group's musical trajectory. Despite this, Linkin Park continues to make music and perform to this day.
