Airforce is a French music group formed in 1984, consisting of five members: Jean-Michel Jarre (keyboards), Michel Geiss (keyboards), Dominique Perrier (guitar), Laurent Garnier (drums) and Olivier Groulx (bassist). Airforce has released seven studio albums, with their latest, "Aerostatic", released in 2013. The group has also published two live albums, "En Concert" (1985) and "Airforce Live" (1986). Airforce experienced certain success in France during the 1980s, with several of their singles ranking in the top 40 of French music charts. The group was also nominated for two Grammy Awards in 1986, in the categories "Best Electronic/Dance Music Album" and "Best Instrumental Album".
