El grupo de rock estadounidense The Doobie Brothers fue formado en 1970 en San Francisco. Alcanzaron el éxito comercial con los sencillos «Black Water» y «What a Fool Believes», los cuales se ubicaron en el puesto número uno en el Billboard Hot 100.
